Push Notification Testing
When you are not receiving alert messages, you can verify the functionality of message notifications by clicking the “push notification testing” button.
After clicking, please wait for about 1 minute.
- If you receive the push notification for “this is a test message”, it means the functionality is working properly.
- If you experience a long wait time or cannot receive the notification, please make sure you have granted the app permissions and enabled message notifications in your settings. If you have confirmed this but still encounter issues, it may be due to an unstable reception of push notifications in your location.
